Transcendence

Enlightenment is simple.

It's all to do with stepping out of a fictional world of your own creation, and engaging with reality as is.

The way to do that is simple, and it has two stages.

The first stage is to reject the illusion you're working under.

The second is to reject rejecting the illusion.

Whenever you attempt to reject 'the ego', you set up another ego that mirrors it.

This is because you are rejecting your ego from within your ego. You can do nothing else.

What then happens is that a 'Zen ego' creates itself around the concept of 'no ego'.

So you reject that too.

Then boom, you're in it.

Full enlightenment is simply where you realise that any attempt to escape the ego sets up another ego which must itself be discarded.

So, you reject feeling like you need to pull to have value.

Then you reject not feeling like you need to pull to have value.

You reject trying to save the world, then you reject not trying to save the world.

You reject trying to be a better person, then you reject not trying to be a better person.

You reject trying to help people, then you reject not trying to help people.

You reject being afraid, then you reject not being afraid.

You reject trying to be free, then you reject not trying to be free.

You reject looking for someone to save you, then you reject not looking for someone to save you.

You reject trying to fill the gaping hole inside you, then you reject not trying to fill the hole inside you.

You reject being filled with fear by the hot chick you're talking to, then you reject not being filled with fear by the hot chick you're talking to.

The act of rejection from within the ego sets up another ego around the psychological event of rejection.

The act of rejecting that shadow ego instigates a crisis in your ego, because it is being torn apart by two mutually incompatible rejections.

It then collapses under the pressure, catapulting you into a full connection with reality.

Your ego is an extensive structure which has roots that run very deep.

As such, you will notice that it rises up in different forms over and over.

Each time it arises, you reject whatever form has arisen, and you then reject 'not that'.

This tears chunks out of the ego structure, and will quickly leave you with a far calmer and more 'enlightened' sense of yourself, and your 'beingness', if you wish to call it that.

Over quite a short period of time, you will be able to inflict massive, structural damage on the fictional self which has imprisoned you for your entire life.

The benefits of enlightenment are as follows:

1 - A striking reduction in negative emotion, including fear, anger, hatred and all forms of emotional pain.

2 - A sense of the beauty of things, especially the natural world.

3 - The ability to develop rapid and genuine connections with people of all genders, ages and classes.

4 - A quiet, playful calm that is infectious.

5 - Superior physical reflexes.

6 - Reliable and consistent access to the state of Nimbus.

7 - A detached clarity of thought which enables you to engage with problems as they arise with precision and effectiveness.

8 - A 'bulletproof' effect which renders the nastiest and most brutal attacks on you powerless to harm your sense of who you are.

9 - A greatly increased learning faculty, allowing you to pick up skills and produce work of high quality with little or no mental effort.

10 - A kind of internal sixth sense which allows you to recalibrate your words on the fly, sensing conversational danger and avoiding it as you would avoid a pothole in a road on a clear summer day.

In short, I would heartily recommend it.

Fine holiday fun.

Shortened:

Rejection is thought.

What you resist, persists.

Enlightenment is unconditional acceptance.

Cement that into your brain.
